ROASTER’S NOTES:
I friggin’ love coffee from Colombia. I especially like Colombians from Nariño. The Pasto is so dang good! It’s crazy-balanced with sweet notes of peach and cherry, and a rich chocolaty body that will keep you coming back for more. To sum up, Pasto = awesome!

BREW RECOMMENDATIONS:
We like to highlight the soft sweetness and exceptional balance of this beauty by brewing in the Kalita. Toss 28 grams of coffee and pour 420 grams of water over the top. Shoot for a brew time of about 3.5 minutes. Go ahead and grind some more ‘cause this brew will be gone quickly.

IMPORTER’S NOTES:
This is an Excelso grade coffee comprised of a blend of harvests from Pasto in the Nariño department of Colombia. Growing altitude for this blend ranges form 1800-2050 MASL and varieties include Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra. Coffees are fermented for 12-14 hours before drying on patios and under parabolic driers for 8-15 days. It is screen 14 up.
