BREW RECOMMENDATIONS:
Let’s highlight the sweet, balanced nature of the La Serrania by brewing it with the Kalita. Toss 25 grams into the brewer and slowly pour 390 grams of water over the top. Shoot for a brew time of around 3:45. Look for notes of vanilla, orange peel, sweet citrus, and a smooth, clean finish. If you’re looking for a decaf that will have your knees knocking and eyebrows wiggling to the beat – this is your jam!
