ROASTER’S NOTES:
Dude, when I think of the ideal natural Ethiopia, this is what I think of – a super sweet fruit bomb with a rich, fudgy body, a wicked clean finish and not one trace of funk! I almost veered into the world of being prejudiced against naturally processed coffees, but this year’s Ethiopia crop swooped in and slapped me in the face with its pretty little coffee hand.

BREW RECOMMENDATIONS:
Let’s go with the Kalita wave. Toss 30 grams in the filter and pour 460 grams on top. Try to finish in about 3.5 minutes for a jelly donut with chocolate drizzle on top.

IMPORTER'S NOTES
This Grade 1 quality natural Sidamo coffee is from the Hagermaryam ward, located within the Guji zone, which lies within the Southern Nation, Nationalities, and Peoples Region (SNNPR). There are roughly 700 farmers that contribute to the privately owned Cheri mill. The coffee is dried on raised African beds for roughly 21-24 days depending on the weather. Growing altitude for this lot ranges from 1800-2000 masl.
