THE DEETS

This coffee comes to us from Tirra Estate in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. It's produced by CoopeTarrazú, a co-op with 3,500 members. CoopeTarrazú prioritizes the welfare of its members, their families, and the community by providing the necessary tools and education to produce excellent coffee consistently. Tirra Estate is a naturally processed coffee grown 1400-1500 meters above sea level. It's dried in the sun during the region's dry season.

Tirra Estate immediately stuck out to us on the cupping table, and we knew we wanted to feature it on bar at our shops. It's super sweet with a clean, fruity acidity. It reminds us of raspberry, hibiscus, cake batter, and white chocolate in the cup. Tirra has big jelly-filled donut vibes, and we flippin' love donuts. Don't sleep on this one y'all. It's so dang good.
