The Deep 27 brewer from our pals at Cafec is perfect for folks who want to make smaller brews, but still get all the nuanced acidity and sweetness.

Dose: 10g coffee
Water: 160g water
Grind: 500µm(Medium)
Total Brew Time: 2:15

1. Put Deep 27 & mug on scale
2. Place filter in brewer
3. Wet filter thoroughly
4. Dump rinse water
5. Evenly distribute grounds
6. Tare scale & start timer
7. Add 30g hot water to bloom
8. 1:00: slowly pour to 80g
9. 1:20: pour to 120g
10. 1:40: pour to 160g
11. Allow to drain completely
12. Drawdown should finish ~2:15
