Reko mountain is in the Kochere district of Yirgacheffe. The combination of high altitude, fertile soil, and ideal weather conditions yields a unique and complex flavor profile that we love here at PERC. Reko is processed at the nearby Aricha washing station. Aricha's careful attention to detail during the processing and drying stages helps preserve the coffee's unique flavor.
Guess who's back? It's the dadgum fantabulous Ethiopia Reko, and we're super stoked. This year's crop is clean and bright, with soft floral notes that linger like the dang Cranberries.
