The cherries are fermented for 40 hours in open barrels to promote oxidation. They're then sanitized and fermented for 6 more hours. The cherries are rinsed and undergo a thermal shock. They're then inoculated with citrus and cocoa yeast extracts, followed by a final 70-hour anaerobic fermentation in water. The result is a mind-blowing coffee with flavors of orange creamsicle, tootsie roll, and Wendy's Frosty vibes.

The cherries are fermented for 40 hours in open drums to promote oxidation. They are depulped and fermented for another 6 hours. Then they're sanitized, thermal-shocked, and inoculated with sweet orange extract, tropical fruit extract, and cocoa yeast. Finally, it undergoes anaerobic fermentation in water for 60 hours. The result is a truly unique flavor profile with notes of orange cake, marmalade, and bubblegum vibes.
