THE DEETS

The Kamoini Mill is located in Nyeri, Kenya. It’s part of the Othaya Farmers Cooperative Society, which is comprised of around 600 small-scale farmers who grow coffee on half-acre plots. Established in 1987, the mill sits 1824 meters above sea level along the Ichamama River. The mill uses clean water from the river and the region's fertile Aberdares Mountains to produce exceptional coffee. Kamoini is renowned for its high-quality cherries and ideal cultivation conditions, making its coffee a real standout!

We love Kenyan coffee, and this coffee from Nyeri really hits the spot. We taste raspberry jam with juicy layers of blackberry, strawberry, and white grape flavors. Kamoini finishes with a sweetness reminiscent of sugar cookies and pecan pie. We don't see natural processed coffees from Kenya too often, so when we do, we're always excited to share them. A lot is happening in the cup, and you don't want to miss it!
