THE DEETS
This coffee comes to us from the Kamoini Mill, which is located in Nyeri, Kenya. The mill was established in 1987 and lies 1824 meters above sea level. The mill is part of the Othaya Farmers Cooperative. The co-op is made up of 600 small-scale farmers. Kamoini is renowned for its ideal coffee-growing conditions and extremely high-quality coffee.
We love coffee from Kenya, and this beauty from Nyeri really hits the spot. We don't see naturally processed coffees from Kenya too often, so when we do, we can't wait to grab some to share. We taste raspberry jam with juicy layers of blackberry, strawberry, and white grape flavors. Kamoini finishes with a sweetness reminiscent of sugar cookies and pecan pie. There's a lot of awesome happening in the cup - grab some quick!
BREW IT RIGHT

REST IN PEACE
We rest natural processed coffees for 10-20 days. As the coffee rests, the volatility of the roast mellows, allowing its sweetness, body, and varietal character to shine.
