Coffee! What bike rider doesn't love good coffee? Perc makes *great* coffee, and I am happy to work with a small company that delivers high quality beans — and instant options that actually taste good — with a sense of humor.

After decades of using different options — a stovetop espresso maker, various machines, pour over — my wife and I have been using a simple Aeropress as our sole coffee maker for the last few years.

I grind the beans with a simple machine, and make one cup at a time. Two cups before races or big rides...
