CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER • SAV
Mission
Get all PERC customers to a cup they’re excited to tell others about. Build and strengthen customers’ connection with PERC through communications, knowledge sharing, in-person and virtual events, and training.
Responsibilities
Share brewing expertise
- Develop intimate familiarity with every PERC coffee, establishing and publishing dial-ins for several commercial and home brew methods
- Provide detailed feedback to the PERC sourcing team about how coffees perform in brewing
- Build and send brew tips email journeys
- Provide the retail team with batch and espresso recipes for all service coffees
Drive customer engagement
- Proactively interact with customers, answering questions and providing tips via email, Inbox, social media, and other channels
- Represent PERC at trade shows and sponsored events regionally and nationally
- Plan, schedule, and conduct tastings, tours, demos, and interactions for wholesale accounts and direct customers
Provide technical training
- Plan, schedule, and conduct training for PERC employees, wholesale accounts, and direct customers
- Generate text, photo, and video content for marketing efforts across channels
Support wholesale accounts
- Assist in basic troubleshooting of coffee equipment
- Develop personal relationships with wholesale buyers & decision-makers
- Respond to inbound account inquiries and onboard new wholesale accounts
- Rapidly respond to wholesale customer correspondence (calls, emails, texts, etc.)
- Maintain coffee offerings available to subscription services (Trade, Bean Box, etc.)
- Submit and verify Whole Foods Market promotions
Key Performance Indicators
- Web customer average first-year revenue
- Multi-roasters who return or convert to always-on
- Training sessions and events conducted
Requirements
- Intimate knowledge of PERC operations, pricing, and promotions
- Coffee brewing and dial-in mastery
- Experience planning and executing coffee training
- Basic software proficiency with spreadsheets, email, document generation, and cloud-based third-party services
- Familiarity with common commercial and consumer coffee equipment, including grinders, brewers, and espresso machines
- Strong initiative, self-management, and autonomous decision-making
- Ability to write clear, concise, and professional correspondence and reports
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to trade shows and accounts outside of Savannah

Shop Manager • SAV/ATL
We're looking for a fantastic human excited to lead a team of dedicated baristas and create a positive and welcoming environment that reflects our passion for awesome coffee and next-level hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, ensure high standards of coffee preparation, and, most importantly, cultivate a customer-first mindset across the entire team. Your leadership will drive us on our collective mission to share good times and awesome coffee with people at every step of their coffee journey.
What you’ll do:
Lead with kindness and hospitality
Creating a welcoming environment for guests and team
Manage inventory, purchasing, and waste monitoring
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
Create schedules in accordance to shop-specific needs and labor goals.
Act as shift coverage when other options are unavailable

Lead Barista • SAV/ATL
We’re looking for a skilled coffee professional to train our barista team, assist the shop manager, and ensure exceptional coffee quality and service. The Lead Barista will develop the team's technical skills, and assist with coffee and drink roll outs. They ensure our crew is confident and ready to serve the outstanding coffee with the top-notch hospitality.
What you’ll do:
Train baristas on techniques, workflows, procedures, and coffee concepts
Be the manager’s representative and lead team in the absence of manager
Resolve customer complaints, ensure all tasks and side work are completed
Develop and update coffee and drink recipes with quality assurance
Train staff on procedures and standards for every coffee and tea product
Maintain training records and assist with ingredient sourcing
Organize barista development activities to continue growth/education
Share coffee knowledge through ongoing research and experimentation

Production Crew • SAV
The production crew works in a warehouse environment and fulfills all incoming orders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, bagging, boxing, and shipping coffee. This job requires endurance and a positive mindset.
What you’ll do:
Operate weigh-fill machines efficiently
Pick and pack orders for shipment and local delivery
Assist with local deliveries utilizing company vehicle
Maintain and clean production/order fulfillment areas
Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50lbs
Assist in lifting green coffee bags of up to 150lbs
Learn and adhere to safety and hygiene standards

Our line cooks showcase our food through quality-focused service, leave people happier than when they arrived, and make great food approachable to everyone. They are responsible for making and serving breakfast and lunch offerings, opening and closing the kitchen, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and sharing good times and insanely awesome food with everyone we meet.
