We source mind-blowing coffees from the world's top producers and roast them with love and relentless curiosity. Our roast profiles maximize the natural sweetness and character of each coffee. We're super excited about these coffees and we're thrilled to share them with you!

our origin
Panther's Eye Roasting Company
roasted our first batch in 2010. After years of playing in a band and roasting for another company, I wanted to build something of my own. I decided to call it Panther's Eye Roasting Company as a nod to my musical side project. It quickly became clear we needed a shorter name. Luckily, the acronym PERC worked.
In the early days, it was just me, a coffee roaster, and a stereo cranked way up. I’d roast some coffee, toss it in my backpack, and ride my bike around handing out bags to anyone willing to give it a try. I started selling coffee at the farmers' market and hooked up with a few wholesale accounts. I needed some help, so I hired my first two employees: my mom and dad.
DREAM TEAM
As we continued to grow, I knew we needed a team. I was lucky to partner with a group of fantastic humans: Alan Fischer, Amber Foreman, Taylor Kimball, and Andrew Kapral. We came together like coffee Voltron, united by a shared mission and values, ready to take things to the next level. Our next big move was opening retail shops, starting in my hometown of Atlanta. We designed our spaces to be bright, fun, and full of good vibes, with fantastic crews dedicated to making world-class coffee approachable to everyone.
