Our mission is to share good times and awesome coffee with you at every step of your coffee journey. We source the world's most colorful coffees and roast them with love. We maximize coffee's natural sweetness and varietal character by crafting the perfect profile for each coffee. We're super excited about these coffees and are over the moon to share them with you!

our origin

Panther's Eye Roasting Company

Started in 2010. It was clear we needed a shorter name. Luckily, the acronym PERC worked. Back then, it was me, a coffee roaster, and a stereo cranked to 11. I’d roast some coffee, ride my bike around town, hand out bags, and ask folks to give it a try. As things started to heat up, I hired my first employees—my mom and dad.

DREAM TEAM

I teamed up with Alan Fischer, Amber Foreman, Taylor Kimball, and Andrew Kapral. We came together like Voltron to take things to the next level. We defined our mission and values. Then we decided to open retail shops starting in my hometown of Atlanta. We designed our shops to be bright and welcoming spaces, with amazing crews focused on making totally awesome coffee approachable and fun.

The Future

We’ve come a long way from me blasting music and roasting through the night. These days, we're a diverse, impassioned crew of creatives, all working toward a collective mission. The future is bright, and we have big plans, but whatever's in store, we’ll always be a bunch of down-to-earth coffee people, excited to share good times and awesome coffee.
