Dose: 40g coffee
Water: 640g water
Grind: Coarse
Time: 5-6 minutes
1. Place filter in Chemex
2. Three-ply facing spout
3. Thoughly rinse w/ hot water
4. Dump rinse water
5. Place Chemex on scale
6. Add 40g ground coffee
7. Shake to distribute grounds
8. Tare Scale & start timer
9. Pour to 120g to bloom
10. At 0:30, pour to 320g
11. 1:15, pour to 420g
12. 1:45, pour to 520g
13. 2:15, pour 640g
14. Let brew drain completely
15. Drawdown takes 5-6 mins
