THE DEETS

Wilder Lasso has become one of our favorite coffee producers and a go-to when we’re after unique and exciting Colombian coffee profiles. This coffee starts its life on Wilder’s farm, El Diviso, in the mountains of San Adolfo. It’s a Pink Bourbon varietal, processed with 96 hours of anaerobic fermentation. It’s then depulped and dried on raised beds in a lower-temperature environment before being stabilized for 20 days.

This coffee's flavor profile is incredibly unique, and we instantly fell in love with it. It has loads of juicy citrus flavor and a finish that reminds us of black licorice or Amaro. We only have a limited amount of this coffee, so get it while you can!
