Espresso is a concentrated cup extracted from finely ground coffee, tamped, and brewed under pressure. Any coffee can be made as an espresso, just find one you like!
Dose: 18g
Yield: 36g
Grind: super-fine
Time: ~30 seconds
1. Remove the portafilter
2. Place it on scale & tare
3. Dose18g to the basket
4. Distribute grounds evenly
5. Tamp grounds level & firm
6. Lock portafilter in machine
7. Place scale under spout
10. Place cup on scale & tare
11. Activate the machine
12. Stop the shot at 36g
13. Stir & enjoy!
