Smooth and nutty natural coffee from Brazil!
Legender is an excellent example of a coffee that represents the flavors of its origin to perfection. Coffees from Brazil are typically mellow and smooth due to their terroir and low-growing altitudes. One issue you can run into is that coffees from Brazil can be rough around the edges, potentially due to mass production. That is not the case with Legender in the least. Legender is a blend of coffees grown by small farmers in Machado, Poco Fundo, and Campestre micro-regions of Minas Gerais. The producers are committed to using the best harvesting, processing, and drying methods. All of the blending is done to exacting standards and produces coffee that is as consistent as it is awesome. Legender is super sweet, with brown sugar, caramel, cashew, and milk chocolate notes, and has a round, creamy body. It's also fantastic as both drip and espresso, with and without milk.
We recommend letting fresh coffee rest to allow the beans to stabilize. This will result in a sweeter, more expressive cup. We rest washed coffees 5–10 days, naturals 10–15 days, and experimentals 15–30 days.
