Legender is grown in Machado, Poco Fundo, and Campestre micro-regions in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The producers are committed to using the best harvesting, processing, and drying methods. Legender consists of many small farms called Sitios.

  • BREW RATIO

    Lean into Legender’s body and brew it strong for a sturdy cup. Start with a 15:1 water:coffee ratio for coffee or 2:1 for espresso.

  • GRIND SIZE

    Legender flows more slowly than most of the coffees we roast. Start with a coarser grind than usual for both drip and espresso.

  • BREWER

    Legender makes for the perfect classic espresso. It's super rich, heavy, and sweet. So toss it in that portafilter and enjoy the legend.
