Sturdy and balanced decaf that's so good you'll forget it's a decaf!
We only source one decaf per season, so we want to make sure it really cooks, like Marty McFly playing a Chuck Berry classic. Look for a balanced cup with smooth notes of vanilla, toffee, chocolate, and none of the catawampus of those edgy caff coffees. If you want a coffee that’ll make you more like Steve Guttenberg and less like Bobcat Goldthwait, this one is your jam.
We recommend resting freshly roasted coffee to allow the beans to stabilize and fully open. This results in a sweeter, more expressive cup. We rest washed coffees 5–10 days, naturals 10–15 days, and experimental lots 15–30 days.
