The Deets

Los Nogales is a farm in Pitalito, Colombia, owned by Oscar Hernández and family. Nogales is world-renowned for producing the highest quality coffee. This coffee was fermented anaerobically for 120 hours in Mosto and rinsed thoroughly before drying. Oscar and the Nogales team blew us away with this Yellow Bourbon. It's sweet and effervescent with flavors that remind us of mango, pineapple, blood orange, and caramel.

REST IN PEACE

We recommend resting fresh coffee before drinking it. This allows the volatility of the roast time to subside, and the sweetness and character to shine. For best results, rest washed coffees for 5–10 days, natural coffees for 10–15 days, and experimental processed coffees for 15–30 days.
