Sweet, Balanced, and Super Clean

The Clever dripper is a full immersion brewer like a French press, but the addition of a filter results in extra clarity in the cup.

Dose: 20g coffee
Water: 320g water
Grind: Medium
Time: 3 minutes

1. Place filter in brewer 
2. Rinse filter w/ hot water
3. Dump rinse water
4. Place brewer on scale
5. Add 20g of ground coffee
6. Tare (zero) the scale
7. Slowly add 320g of water
8. Place lid on brewer
9. Let steep 2 minutes
10. Drain and enjoy!
