Water: 160g water
Grind: 500µm(Medium)
Total Brew Time: 2:15

1. Put Deep 27 & mug on scale
3. Place filter in brewer
2. Wet filter & dump water
3. Evenly distribute grounds
4. Tare scale & start timer
5. Wet coffee w/ 30g water
6. At 1:00, slowly pour to 80g
7. At 1:20, pour to 120g
8. At 1:40, pour to 160g
9. Pour & enjoy!
