Crisp, Juicy, and Wildly Refreshing

Flash iced coffee is a really nice way to brew cold coffee. It’s quick, refreshing, and with all the nuance of hot coffee.

Dose: 40g coffee
Water: 320g water - 320g ice
Grind: med-coarse
Time: 3 min

1. Wet filter thoroughly
2. Discard rinse water
3. Place Chemex on scale
4. Add 320g of ice in Chemex
5. Add 40g ground coffee
6. Evenly distribute coffee
7. Tare scale & start timer
8. Add 70g hot water to bloom
9. 0:45: pour 250g hot water
10. Allow to drain completely
11. Serve over ice - enjoy!
