Flash iced coffee is a really nice way to brew cold coffee. It’s quick, refreshing, and clean with all the complex nuance of hot coffee.

Dose: 40g coffee
Water: 320g water - 320g ice
Grind: med-coarse
Time: 3 min

1. Wet filter & discard water
2. Place Chemex on scale
3. Add 320g ice in Chemex
4. Add filter and 40g coffee
5. Evenly distribute coffee
6. Tare scale & start timer
7. Wet coffee w/ 70g water
8. At 0:45, pour 250g water
9. Allow brew to drain
10. Serve over ice - enjoy!
