THE DEETS!

A SWEET AND FRUITY NATURAL FROM ECUADOR!

Juan Peña is a renowned coffee producer from Ecuador whose commitment to innovation and quality has established him as an industry leader. He oversees every step of production, from seed selection and advanced farming techniques to precision post-harvest processing and dry milling. This lot comes from his Yunguilla farm and features Typica Mejorado, a cross of Typica and Ethiopian Landrace. Harvest begins with hand-selecting the ripest cherries, which are then rinsed to remove dust and impurities and sorted for density and imperfections. The cherries are then transferred to a solar drying room equipped with Integrated Coffee Pulse technology. The coffee is dried slowly to a target moisture content of 10.5%. The result is vibrant and sweet, with notes of citrus, berry jam, red apple, and caramel.
