PERC teamed up with Unblended for the 2025 Holiday Recruitment Lot! The packaging features the dreaded Frost Gobbler hunting down sweet little gingerbread folks. The coffee pairs emerging producers with the legendary Sebastián Ramírez as a mentor. He blends his Cinnamon Co-Ferment with the yield to create a fantastic cup with warm waves of cinnamon, gingerbread, and candied orange. This one is so tasty it will bring a smile to even the grinchiest folks in your family!
We recommend resting fresh coffee before drinking it. This allows the volatility of the roast time to subside, and the sweetness and character to shine. For best results, rest washed coffees for 5–10 days, natural coffees for 10–15 days, and experimental processed coffees for 15–30 days.
