Two sweet and fruity coffees from Wilton Benitez!

Wilton Benitez is renowned for producing some of the best coffee in the world on his farm, Granja El Paraíso 92. The Silvercat is a thermal shocked Caturra variety that is fermented anaerobically for 40 hours with yeast. The result is like a hazy pineapple IPA that mellows into sweet flavors of peach and papaya as it cools. The Decaf is a Red Bourbon variety that is double fermented with Mosto and inoculated with the sugarcane decaf process. The result is a super-sweet, fruity, and crushable coffee!
