This is our chance to experiment in the laboratory like doctor Frankenstein. The concept for PERC UP is to make a fresh, tasty, and balanced blend. Welcome to our madness Igor. The current blend is: 60% Ethiopia Shakisso / 40% Colombia Pasto.
PERC UP is our go-to seasonal blend. It works great as filter as well as espresso. We like to brew this one with the Chemex. Throw in 38 grams of coffee and pour 600 grams of water over the top. Shoot for a brew time of 4 minutes. As Espresso, we go with 19g in and 38g out in 28 seconds.
